The Following documents should be submitted during the admission of the student to the school:
Mark Sheet of the last examination of the previous school.
Transfer Certificate/School leaving certificate(In original from the school in which the student last studied) should be submitted at the time of Admission; or within three (3) days of school reopening.
Attempt Certificate if the student is from the State Board.
From II Onwards - if the child is seeking admission from other board, then the transfer certificate should be countersigned by E.O. and submitted in the beginning of the academic session or within three(3) days of reopening of the school or else the Admission will stand cancelled.
Migration Certificate in case of change of Board.
From Nursery to Grade I, attested copy of Birth Certificate should be submitted.
Attested copy of Caste Certificate to be submitted if belonging to SC/ST/OBC.
Attested Copy of Aadhar Card.
Note:
In the admission form for Nursery to Grade |, student's name, Surname, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Bith date and birth place sholud be filled up according to the student's birth certificate. The student's religion and sub-caste should be filled up according to the father's school Leaving Certificate or the Caste Certificate, so as to avoid any discrepancy while processing the passport in future.
General Guidelines
Admission fee is to be paid in the school office on the scheduled day as communicated failure in doing so will amount to cancellation of admission. Late fee will not be accepted.
Any student suffering from infectious disease is not eligible to get admission in the school. If the child suffers from Asthama, Epilepsy, Kidney disorder or any kind of major illness admission will be withdrawn at anytime from the school.
The student should not wear or bring any valuable things to school. The school will not be held responsible if valuable are lost.
Any damage brought about to school property is liable to compensation and punishment or the students will be asked to leave the school.
Students are answerable to the school authorities for their conduct both inside and outside the school. Hence, misbehaviour outside the school premises will be questionable and suitable action will be taken against the offender.
During school hours, parents will not be allowed to meet the teacher/student without prior permission.
The name of the student will be struck off if he/she remains absent continuously without prior information.
The school holds full authority to take necessary action against a student who is found outside the school premises without permission during school hours, Decision of school authorities will be considered final.
Aherence to the code of conduct and Rules and Regulations given in the School Diary issued to each student of the school is obligatory.
The school diary contains details of curricular and co-curricular activities of an academic year. It is a medium of communication between parents and the school. Parents must check the diary regularly. In case of any change in address or contact number it should be immediately brought to the notice of the school authorities. Students should bring the diary daily to school.
A student will not be allowed to appear for the annual examination in case of falling short of minimum permissible attendance, as per the government rules.
Utmost care is taken during the functions/sports/trips/playtime, yet an unforseen incident may occur, the school shall not be held responsible. However immediate medical treatment will be provided & parents will be informed.
It is the responsibilty of the parents to make conveyance arrangement for their ward for cominng and going back from the school.
The school management is not responsible for any accident taking place before or after the school hours.
The decision of the Director or the Principal in all matters will be considered final. The rules and regulations are liable to change as per the circumstances.
The institute falls under the jurisdiction of Baroda District Court only.
